- Handle full set of books including general ledger,
accounts receivable and payable, cash management
and month end accounts closing
- Monitor payments are well supported with proper
approval procedures
- Prepare journal voucher for month end closing
- Prepare account analysis and schedule
- Supervise the preparation of bank reconciliation
statement and carry out investigation on irregularities
- Monitor accounting systems
- Handle other ad hoc assignments when required

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or
Accounting Diploma / Certificate holder
• Student members taking professional examinations
of internationally recognized accounting bodies
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Hands-on computer skills in MS Excel and Access
• Experience in ACCPAC, Kingdee and on-line business
is a definite asset
