Senior Customer Services Officer / Customer Services Officer

- Handle incoming enquiries from customers worldwide through email in a timely manner
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information in order to handle product and service enquiries
- Coordinate with overseas agents/sub-office for dealing with local customers
- Liaise with internal departments to follow up customer complaints
- Prepare reports of complaint cases and status update

- Higher diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or other related discipline
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience with solid experience in B2B account servicing or customer service is highly preferred
- Customer focused and well-organized person
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in both written and oral communication in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
- Immediate available would be an advantage
