Summary
* Responsible for business operation for the company
* Support and liaise with different business units to execute day to day operation tasks

Responsibilities:
* Assist Marketing team to handle and setup new or existing service plan or campaign
* Manage and coordinate internal party for testing account setup and demo unit logistic arrangement
* Carry out customer bill checking to ensure the correctness of the billing items
* Assist the team to handle eDM or other promotional campaigns for customer communications
* Define product operational support workflow with different internal teams to ensure the smooth launch of new or existing service
* Participate in quality assurance process* Handle different business operation reports for performance review on different products
* Work with product development team to ensure new product to launch to market
* Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan
* Conduct periodic product analysis and optimization as needed

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
* 2-3 years’ experience in product management, preferably in TV industries
* Knowledge and experience on mobile APPS, WEB , STB, BOSS, OTT technology
* Able to manage multiple tasks
* Strong sense of urgency and be deadline-oriented
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
* Attentive to details / good organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Able to work independently within a team environment
