Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Head of Digital Content to grow the brand and drive user engagement
- Manage Scoop+ social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Produce content for our social media accounts and website (Instagram, Scoop+ and other social media) including video, image and text format
- Manage publishing schedule and content promotion (SEO, Paid Ad etc.)
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage relationships with KOL, brands and partners
- Explore new collaboration/partnership opportunities with external partners and maintain the relationship with current partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related discipline
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platform (IG, FB, YT and XiaoHongShu)
- Track record of marketing campaigns, preferably in field of performance marketing
- Experience in video production and promotion is a plus (e.g. IG Reels)
- Strong analytical skills, operation experience with Excel, Google Analytic and Looker Studio is a plus
- Proficient in written Chinese and Mandarin
- Good communication skill
- Can work independently and deliver on time
- A team player
