• Tackle problems in daily work and operation process, provide suggestion and lead process simplification and standardization
• Handle emails, incoming calls and live chats for taking customer orders and inquiries
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and determine possible causes
• Analyze customer feedback, reports and root causes of complaints, identify areas for improvements and recommendations for enhancing service quality


• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 1-3 years' customer service experience
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
• Good at MS Office (Word, Excel etc.) and Chinese word processing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Shift duties required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
