We are hiring a System Engineer to strengthen our Corporate IT, which drives the development and maintenance of internal systems that power critical business operations (e.g. Personnel, Finance, Broadcasting, and Operations). This role focuses on designing scalable solutions, optimizing existing platforms, and ensuring seamless functionality for enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Internal system development: design, code, and deploy Java /.net based software applications tailored to corporate needs
• System maintenance: troubleshoot, upgrade, and enhance legacy systems to improve performance and security
• Deployment support: lead UAT, coordinate production releases, and resolve post-deployment issues for minimal business disruption
• Collaboration: partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, prioritize improvements, and deliver user-centric solutions
• Documentation: maintain technical documentation for system architecture, code, and processes

Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years’ experience in software development/system engineering, preferably in enterprise / internal IT environments
• Proficient in Java, Python or .net
• Strong command of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, and SQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integration
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), Docker, or CI / CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab) is preferable
• Knowledge of enterprise IT security standards and compliance is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines
