Media Operation Specialist

-Perform service desk duties to handle enquiries from customer service and supporting departments
-Act as tier 1 service desk support to follow through the incident management process and to support service recovery on time
-Perform system monitoring to maintain normal operation
-Collect measurement results for and formulate various management reporting

-Bachelor Degree/ High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
-Holder of ITIL Foundation Certificate or above is preferred
-Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in service operation
-Prior experience with high availability and distributed production environment is preferred
-A good team player, strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
-Shift duty is required
