Senior Media Operation Specialist

• Perform service desk duties to handle enquiries from customer service and supporting departments
• Act as tier 1 service desk support to follow through the incident management process and to support service recovery on time
• Perform system monitoring to maintain normal operation
• Collect measurement results for and formulate various management reporting
• Coordinate and arrange operation work in each shift

• Bachelor degree/ High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Holder of ITIL Foundation Certificate or above is preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ of hands-on experience in service operation
• Prior experience with high availability and distributed production environment
• Be a good team player and able to work in a fast paced organization and result oriented team
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Shift duty is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Media Operation Specialist
