We are seeking a dedicated IT Operation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing workloads, scheduling batch jobs, maintaining data processing equipment, and providing support to users.

Responsibilities:
• Implement management goals by planning workloads, workflows, schedules, and work objectives
• Schedule and operate batch jobs across various platforms, including mainframe, Linux, Windows, and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors in batch job operations
• Maintain data processing equipment by scheduling routine maintenance and overseeing repairs
• Analyze equipment operations and recommend new equipment or repairs as needed
• Develop, review, and update operation manuals and procedures
• Provide tier 2 support during non-office hours
• Ensure all operation incidents and user requests are properly logged, responded to, and escalated as necessary
• Perform on-site service at the main office, data center, and disaster recovery site as needed
• Work overtime as required
• Ensure prompt response and communication to users
• Plan and improve existing workflow, and go for digitalization

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ proven experience in IT operations or a related field
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems and platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
